Inquiry update meeting response form

The Inquiry will be hosting virtual meetings after each week of the Haemophilia Clinician hearings for people who would like to talk to other people infected and affected about their experience of watching the hearings.

This is an opportunity for people to discuss and reflect on the evidence heard over recent hearing sessions and put questions to the Inquiry team as they could if they were attending a hearing in person.

We will be using a system for these meetings which allows you to join either through video by using your tablet, laptop or smartphone, or if it suits you better, to join from your landline phone.  

If you wish to attend one of these meetings please select your preferred date and time slot from the list below.

Places will be issued on a first come, first served basis. Registration will be closed once the meeting is fully subscribed.

Please note, these meetings are for infected and/or affected people only and are not open meetings for the public to attend.
