Christopher FitzGerald informed the National Support Services Committee that as the Macfarlane Trust's Trust Deed did not allow the Trust to provide services, the Department of Health had decided that the Caxton Foundation should provide services to the Macfarlane Trust, the Eileen Trust, the Skipton Fund and MFET.
