Dr Keel wrote to Scottish Haemophilia Directors informing them that the Haemophilia Society was particularly interested in pursuing with the Scottish Executive inquiry the issue of what patients were told at the time of Hepatitis C testing, including the clinical implications of a positive diagnosis.
