The Expert Advisory Group on AIDS discussed the follow up of blood donations previously given by donors who were identified as positive for HTLV-3. Members agreed with the Screening Sub-Committee's recommendations, and it was noted that the "BTS was aware of the importance of good record keeping to enable the follow up of donations."
