At a meeting of the Advisory Committee on the Microbiological Safety of Blood and Tissues for Transplantation Dr Robinson presented the SACTTI's paper on Hepatitis C Lookback. Professor Arie Zuckerman raised concerns that interferon was not licensed for treatment of Hepatitis C-related disease and ribavirin was noted to be "even more costly."
