A meeting was held to discuss ex gratia payments to patients who were infected with Hepatitis C as a result of NHS treatment with blood or blood products. It was attended by Andrew MacLeod and Bob Stock from the Scottish Executive, and Richard Gutowski and David Reay from the Department of Health.
