In a memo from Ben Cole to Yemi Fagun regarding ex gratia payments for individuals infected with Hepatitis C, it was stated that Anne Milton would review a "number of aspects of support currently available to individuals who have been infected with HIV and/or hepatitis C by NHS supplied contaminated blood/blood products".
