There was a draft court order in the case of "A and Others v National Blood Authority" which permitted the Department of Health employees to inspect and take copies of documentation relating to HCV screening, minutes of the Advisory Committee, minutes of the National Blood Transfusion Service/National Institute of Biological Standards and Controls Liaison Committee.
