Report by Charles Lister to the Caxton Foundation Board titled Beneficiaries Communication and Engagement dated September 2011. The purpose of the paper was to seek members views on the most appropriate vehicle for the Board to use to engage with beneficiaries. The policy options considered include a forum, open sessions in Board meetings and a newsletter.
