States that if this were a commercial operation we would have no hesitation in recommending that manufacture should cease until the facility was upgraded to a minimum level. Also recommends that the manufacture of Freeze-Dried Plasma be upgraded immedately by locating it elsewhere as present facility is totally unacceptable and microbiologically hazardous.
