Minutes of a meeting between the Macfarlane Trust and the Department of Health on 7 September 1989. Includes comments from the Department of Health regarding the minutes. Attendees were S Heppel, J Canavan, Reverend Tanner, C.H Grinsted and Wing Commander J Williams. The meeting was called so the Trust could show the department the policies, schemes, and practices that had been adopted by the trustees from the time they had been set up. Matters include the mortgage assistance policy, finance, need for additional funding, section 64 grant, interpretation of the Trust Deed, life assurance and audit.
