Minutes of Meeting between the Department of Health (DoH) and the Macfarlane Trust (MFT) 11 May 2010 Christopher Fitzgerald (MFT) Martin Harvey (MFT) Jonathan Stopes-Roe (DoH) Nannerl Heriott (DoH) and Ted Goff (DoH) were in attendance. Includes discussion on the future governance of the MFT proposed changes and revising the MFT Trust Deed. DoH agreed to meet the legal costs as a result of the extra work flowing from the Archer Report but subsequent administrative changes to the Trust Deed will be met by the MFT.
