Macfarlane Trust Proposal Report on spending the retained financial reserves. This report outlines the background of the Trust and the requirements of the reserves policy and expresses that most beneficiaries are contacting their MPs and as a result there needs to be a decision regarding whether or not to proceed with the commitment of the financial reserves that will be suitable for the beneficiaries.
