Letter dated 26 June 2012 from Martin Harvey, Chief Executive of the Macfarlane Trust, to Siobhain McDonagh MP regarding the Macfarlane Trust reserves and loans policy, answering her letter of 22 June 2012. Martin Harvey explains the reserves were kept high in case Department of health funding failed and that loans were in aid of the beneficiaries and it was up to beneficiaries to take loans and that there was no coercion.
