Consent to Treatment pamphlet produced in 1971 by the Medical Defence Union. The pamphlet sets out guidelines relating to consent to in the context of medical operations, procedures and treatment. It sets out ethical principles in relation to mentally disordered patients, minors, Jehovahs Witnesses, married patients etc and gives examples of consent forms recommended by the Medical Defence Union.
