Report Response to the letter from the Skipton Fund by Dr Mary Ramsay Health Protection Agency Centre for Infections 2007. The report is regarding the quantification of the chance that injecting drug use for less than 2 years has been the cause of the HCV infection in someone who also has a history of blood transfusion.
