Minutes of Macfarlane Trust Grants Committee Meeting 5 November 2014. Includes discussion on policy issues relating to the grants given out in 2014. The Trustees agreed the office guidelines should be amended to include consideration of HIV related respite breaks supported by medical consideration. There was also discussion on specific cases including declining to give a grant for home repairs as it was agreed an advance should be offered instead.
