Mr Mason notes delighted to continue to engage with Mr Evans when it is appropriate to do so chairtochair but notes that Liz Carroll remains CEO of the Haemophilia Society and is the most appropriate contact when dealing with operational matters. Mr Mason advises he was not aware the trust deed had been altered and suggests a meeting in late June or early July 2015 and that a vacancy on the Macfarlane Trust board be left so that until any meeting so the Haemophilia Society retain the option of appointing a replacement trustee.
