Macfarlane Trust report on a meeting with the Department of Healths Charles Lister and his team at the NHS Executive on 5 April 2001 discussing funding (the fact that there had and would be top-up funding) a consultancy study (proposing better provision for widows and dependants) and trustee appointments. The use of section 64 funding for Trust administration is also discussed. They discuss the ex-gratia payment to [GRO-C] and how this will be resolved.
