Notes of an Ad Hoc Meeting of UK Haemophilia Centre Directors Regional Organisation, held on 12 November 1992. The notes cover an Italian outbreak of Hepatitis A in Haemophiliacs who all received Factor VIII and other cases of jaundice in Germany, Belgium and Ireland. Recommendations are made including to cease using Octopharma products.
