In a joint DHSS and Scottish Home and Health Department meeting, Dr Richard Lane said it was his intention to concentrate on the production of Factor 8 at the Blood Products Laboratory and that it would be wrong to send plasma from RTCs in England to the Protein Fractionation Centre.
