Dr Mary Sibellas of Med IMCD wrote a memorandum to Dr Ronald Oliver (with other doctors cc'd), relaying information from Dr Galbraith of CDSC about a patient in Cardiff with haemophilia who had been treated with American Factor VIII and appeared to have the symptoms of AIDS.
