Dr Walford produced some wording for a reply by Lord Glenarthur to a question from Baroness Masham, including: "There is no conclusive proof that AIDS can be transmitted by blood, cryoprecipitate or Factor VIII concentrates but the assumption is that such transmission may be possible."
