The Inquiry will be holding its first public hearings, where people infected and affected will give oral evidence.
Witness hearings in Belfast will take place over a one week period at The International Convention Centre Belfast (formerly called The Waterfront Hall). Please click on your preferred date to register your interest in attending or contact us for more details.
If you wish to attend more than one date, please complete a registration form for each of the dates you would like to attend.
You will need to complete more than one form if you are registering for another person, unless you require hotel accommodation.
