In addition, Dr Brian McClelland suggested the AIDS pamphlet should be made available to special clinics.

The West Midlands Regional Health Authority produced their own AIDS leaflet which they sent to all donors invited to sessions and handed to all donors at sessions. These leaflets were later replaced by those produced by the Department of Health.
